What Should I Do?

  • Have your intention or issue ready (if we haven't already discussed)

  • Get yourself in a comfortable place with no distractions, phone turned to silent if possible

  • Reclining on sofa or bed is best, or very comfortable chair

  • It's lovely to have pets nearby if you know they won't disrupt your session 🐶

  • Have a blanket and some water available

  • You may wish to have tissues nearby

  • Drop me a line if you would have any other concerns

What To Expect

  • To bring you into hypnosis, I will safely and expertly bring you into a meditative state

  • Then we will go slightly deeper bringing your brainwaves into Theta state, which is like the space between awake and asleep

  • Hypnosis is a space of healing

  • In this space you can access your subconscious or higher self and other aspects of you

  • You are always in control and can come "out" anytime you wish

  • I will be talking and guiding you as I ask questions related to your intention, holding space for your answers as they arise
